Special thanks to marketing expert George Torok for promoting this blog over on his new blog the other day. He's one of the few gurus who doesn't promise a simple aswer to every marketing problem - so he knows the importance of understanding segmented markets.
He even got a good quote out of me about why I set up Selling to Small Business. "When the banks, tech firms and service providers better understand business owners," he says, "they are much more likely to offer products and services that entrepreneurs need, at a price they can afford. So everybody wins!"
